How do I sign in?

Open the app, enter your phone or email, then enter the one-time code we send you.

How do I back up my wallet?

In the app, you’ll see instructions to write down your recovery phrase. Store it somewhere safe physically - not on your phone or computer.

What if I don’t receive the code?

Check spam/junk for email, or ensure your phone number is correct. If problems persist, email us at support@vendano.net.

How do I delete my account?

In the app’s settings, choose Delete Account. This removes your lookup data from our servers; your wallet data was only on your device. You can use the recovery codes to load your wallet in any other Cardano wallet.
