1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Vendano mobile app (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vendano allows you to create or import a Cardano wallet, send and receive ADA using a phone number or email lookup, and view transaction history. We provide OTP-based login and do not store your private keys on our servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding crypto in your jurisdiction.

4. Account & Wallet Security

• You sign in via one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your phone or email. Keep access to that contact secure.
• Your recovery phrase and private keys stay on your device. Back them up securely; if you lose them, Vendano cannot recover your funds.
• Notify us immediately (via support@vendano.net) if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Fees

Vendano charges a 1% fee on each ADA transfer. The fee is shown before you confirm a transaction. You agree that we may deduct this fee in ADA equivalent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for illegal activities. You are responsible for all transactions initiated through your account.

7. Privacy

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data practices described there.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that transactions always succeed (e.g., due to network issues). You understand that crypto markets can be volatile.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pushplay.net is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of funds due to user error, device loss, or network issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes in the app or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction or, if needed, the place where Pushplay.net is registered. Any disputes will be handled in appropriate courts.
